[CCWG-ACCT] Jordan Carter - ccNSO appointed co-chair of the CCWG-Accountability

Thanks all for this - I know that Mathieu has played a key role in our
work. I hope I can play à useful role in helping us all bring WS2 to a
successful conclusion.
