Decisions
·       Accept new version of the draft recommendations as is and put on list for ok to send to plenary of 11 October.
·       FB and Phil Khoury comments could be captured in an addendum for the public consultation to provide background and context.
Action Items
·       SB – to prepare final version (changes to recommendations have to be replicated in the other sections of the document) and send to the list Friday 6 October latest for objections to send to plenary for 11 October meeting. Participants will have until 23:59 Sunday 13 October to comment on this.
