Dear Co-Chairs,

Please find attached the new report, for the first reading of the WS2 plenary, of the Sub-Group on ICANN Ombuds Office (IOO).
Our Report titled ‘CCWG-Accountability-WS2-Ombudsman-DrafRecommendationsV2.5’ reflects t​he changes requested at the 28 September plenary and at the Ombuds sub-group meeting of 5 October in red-line.

Please note we have added a new Annex C where Farzaneh's concerns are listed as well as the additional input received from Phil Khoury (external reviewer of the IOO).
As IOO Sub Group Rapporteur I will be pleased to answer any questions and discuss any comments from our CCWG.
