We are involved in our current engagement on the proposed transition at the request of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce—Chairman Fred Upton, Vice Chairman Marsha Blackburn, Member John Shimkus—and its Subcommittee on Communications and Technology – Chairman Greg Walden. In addition, Rep. Mike Kelly and Rep.
