I do not think the Co-Chairs and/or individuals from ST have a<br>
mandate to speak on the substance of our deliberations, however I<br>
agree that such a call would be unwieldy if done by the plenum.<br>
<br>
Hence, for transparency and accountability purposes, the call needs<br>
to be recorded and transcribed, and I propose that the<br>
transcription be reviewed by both sides and agreed upon as to<br>
accuracy prior to publication, and then published without redaction.<br>
