A meeting invitation will be sent to the CCWG shortly. </div><div style="font-size: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="font-size: 14px;" class="">The purpose of the session is to brief the Board about our proposal. We propose that the first 50 minutes is used to introduce the proposal, followed by 40 minutes of question and answer and some time for interaction between CCWG members and participants and the Board. </div><div style="font-size: 14px;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="font-size: 14px;" class="">The meeting should be open for anyone to join, transcribed and recorded. The co-chairs will run the briefing, with Directors able to speak.
