members in the membership model, please find attached a legal memo
listing the rights of members under California non profit law. <br>

You will note that these rights are sorted in categories : <br>
- the rights that are mandatory and cannot be constrained by Bylaws
or contracts<br>
- rights that can altered by Bylaws or contracts<br>
