<p dir="ltr">I am a little concerned by these small silos and titles we may be creating unintentionally. It is not also clear whether this ICA formation and its activities would be triggered as a result of need to exercise 1 or more of the community powers.</p>
<p dir="ltr">That said, since ICANN is going member route post-transition, I think an assembly should indeed be open to all that are available, this mean it's something that should normally hold during one of the 3 ICANN public meetings just like it's the case with public forums.</p>
