Please find attached a marked up version. My changes are mainly<br>
references to items that we agreed to include in the draft bylaws<br>
language, but are not mentioned in your text.<br>

I also propose one additional paragraph of introduction, rebutting the<br>
suggestion that this moves us from a multistakeholder body to create an<br>
International Court with its own body of international law.<br>

Regarding the "cookedness" of the draft bylaws language, we did go<br>
through it line-by-line and make our respective compromises and formed a<br>
consensus. Do you really propose to re-open those issues? Or do you just<br>
mean reformatting it for redlining?<br>
