I suspect that many of us, with normal commitments, cannot wade through endless tables and complicated documents. </div><div><br></div><div>As for the substantive content, to me this note clearly identifies that the CCWG has work to do in explaining its material more clearly and concisely. We have, I fear, got lost in the detail and in some areas, achieved the worst of both worlds: a long and hard-to-read report that isn't clear and concrete enough in some areas. </div><div><br></div><div>I am of course more than happy to take my share of the responsibility for that!</div><div><br></div><div>It does bear on the question we discussed at our most recent meeting. What do we want our final report to look like? How do we go about shortening it (if we want it to be shorter) and clarifying it (presuming we want to be clear)?
