There is one important point that I don't recall seeing earlier.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">The Board essentially rejects the idea of Work Stream 2 and wants all of this work done using other ICANN community processes instead.
