it above. We suggest that the Memo above comparing the Board Proposal to the CCWG 2<sup>nd</sup> Draft Proposal provides the most concise discussion. We have also included the Slides that compare the Sole Member, Sole Designator and Board Proposal on issues
of community powers and enforceability. You may wish to send these materials to the Board. We leave that to you.

in the Board’s Proposal. Once we receive their comments we will review and revise and provide that comparison to you.
