<p dir="ltr">I expect that Leon (Co-Chairs) will fix the wordings soon... Let's call Leon's mail an enthusiastic act which can happen to anyone ;-)</p>
<p dir="ltr">That said, the IGF can indeed be turned into a formal meeting but this would imply that resources would be put in place to ensure participation for those not physically present.</p>
