<p dir="ltr">I am particularly more comfortable that the word respect has replaced "comply", it will be good to understand how serious that word can be legally applied/enforced on ICANN. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Hopefully this will receive the blessing of the Chartering organisations and most importantly the OCs during PC.</p>
