participant at CCWG ,Thomas Ricker and other CCWG Team Teasers <span> </span>introductory remarks which lasts about 30
mints were quite valid, constructive, clear, positive and explanatory.</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
</font><p style="background:white;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";font-size:8pt">It would be confusing and misleading if ICANN say something different.</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">

particular seriously avoid disputing directly or indirectly what CCWG did say

</font><p style="background:white;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";font-size:8pt">I seriously warn ICANN Board or whoever presenting the calls to avoid
creating conflicts between CCWG and ICANN.</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
</font><p style="background:white;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";font-size:8pt">While ICANN is independent from CCWG and free to say whatever, it deems
necessary to say, however, any contrary views <span> </span>or contradictory opinion or any new issues
which has never been raised to CCWG ,apart from understanding of ICANN on how
the CCWG <span> </span>recommendations will be
applied, are totally counterproductive , and could mislead the community.</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
</font><p style="background:white;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";font-size:8pt">The Board has been actively participated in every and all steps of
the works<span> </span>as contained in the
third CCWG proposal and thus expected to enforce the hard works
which have been carried out during the last 12/ 13 months</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
</font><p style="background:white;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";font-size:8pt">I have always supported the Board and its legitimate rights and valuable
contributions so far given. However, at this late stage of the process , it
would be , counterproductive, misleading ,confusing and perhaps dangerous, if
new idea or new elements not previously raised be presented at these call
or if the presentations cast doubt on the value, workability, effectiveness,
and legality of the third <span> </span>CCWG proposals
.</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
</font><p style="background:white;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";font-size:8pt">I knew some Board, s member and their attitudes and standards when attending
CCWG as participants and their views <span> </span>when talking as the Board Members </span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">

For information, the Board is planning two information calls to discuss<br>
the CCWG-Accountability Draft Proposal on Work Stream 1 Recommendations<br>
released on 30 Nov.<br>
<br>
The first of these calls with be on Friday 4 Dec at 21:00 UTC.<br>
<br>
The second call will be next week on Thursday 10 Dec.<br>
<br>
We are expecting to get comments to the CCWG before the close of the<br>
public comment period.<br>
