which has never been raised to CCWG ,apart from understanding of ICANN on how
the CCWG <span> </span>recommendations will be
applied, are totally counterproductive , and could mislead the community.</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">

third CCWG proposal and thus expected to enforce the hard works

contributions so far given. However, at this late stage of the process , it
would be , counterproductive, misleading ,confusing and perhaps dangerous, if
new idea or new elements not previously raised be presented at these call
or if the presentations cast doubt on the value, workability, effectiveness,
and legality of the third <span> </span>CCWG proposals
.</span></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">

For information, the Board is planning two information calls to discuss<br>
the CCWG-Accountability Draft Proposal on Work Stream 1 Recommendations<br>
released on 30 Nov.<br>
<br>
The first of these calls with be on Friday 4 Dec at 21:00 UTC.<br>
<br>
The second call will be next week on Thursday 10 Dec.<br>
<br>
We are expecting to get comments to the CCWG before the close of the<br>
public comment period.<br>
