<p dir="ltr">I just like to flag that it will be good to have the comments summary not later than 48hrs to any of the meeting slots on the schedule. Considering we are already less than 72hrs to the first meeting, I'd suggest that we have the agenda for that very first meeting provided (with review of comments out of it) as soon as possible. Unless ofcourse the summary comes in sooner than later.</p>
<p dir="ltr">It's important to have an idea of what the agenda looks like for necessary planning. If there are other items to discuss aside from "review of comments" then let's have those early enough while comments review can be tentatively fixed for later.</p>
