Server System Advisory Committee, composed of the
root server operators, root zone management
partners, and others closely involved in the
operations of the DNS root, has reviewed the
Cross-Community Working Group (CCWG) Third Draft
Proposal on Enhancing ICANN Accountability (Work
Stream 1)<span> </span>and observed the ICANN
community process that has led to it.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 12pt"><font
face="Calibri"><span style="font-size:14px">The
RSSAC notes that the CCWG-Accountability has added
placeholder text with regard to the mission of
ICANN (see page 8, Annex 5) awaiting RSSAC input.
The RSSAC proposes the following bylaw change for
the community’s consideration:</span></font></p>
