Inview of this, I like to ask 2 questions:<o:p></o:p></p><p>1. During one of our previous call, I specifically asked when is it that the lawyers will come back with a certified bylaw draft. You indicated that you will get back to me and since I have not seen an update on that, I like to know the status? And also like to know if this delay would imply update on the timeline as I don't think the timeline is at all feasible again<o:p></o:p></p><p>2.
