<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The dashboard is composed of 3 overview slides, plus 9 detailed slides (1 per subgroup).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">It includes activity statistics, financial data and status updates on each workgroup.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The statistics are pulled by support staff from the information provided on the wiki pages in terms of participation, meeting schedules and attendance, and mailing lists statistics. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The financial data is prepared by the PCST, and approved by the co-chairs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The status updates and progress estimates are provided by the subgroups rapporteurs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">A scaling method has been defined to measure progress uniformly accross all subgroups (see below) - the rapporteurs should use this scale to note their progress so that there is a uniform scale for all groups.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- 25th + 5 business days: PCST provide draft financial statement of activity to CCWG co-chairs for previous period (M-1).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- End of month: staff updates report with all statistical data of the month (M)<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- 25th + 10 business days: dashboard including activity of month (M), and financial information of month (M-1) is published at the beginning of the next month (M+1).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
