[Alac-sc-outreach] Version 4 of the Stakeholder Analysis Tool - now shows At-Large, ccNSO, GAC and Fellowship tool

Dear All,

Completed a fourth version of the Stakeholder Analysis Tool which
allows for the ability to search by country:
- At-Large Representation
- ccNSO membership
- GAC Membership
- The Number of Fellowships

See attached screenshot

You can select the country from the dropdown cell in grey and the
sheet updates automatically.
