Dear Olivier,

Thank you for raising these questions. 

We are 1-2 weeks away from getting the numbers from our travel team.
Once we do, we will send out the number of slots available for each
community and the proposed timeline. 

The dates will have to coincide with those set by the travel team on how
much time they need in advance to make all of the necessary travel
arrangements. 

I'll share those details as soon as possible.
