Dear Colleagues:

I also have some questions.  The mentor's and mentee's are selected for how many meetings. Is one meeting enough to engage a newcomer? It would be great to be able to have some criteria to follow-up his/her performance as resources are developed, used with newcomers and involvement in ICANN activities.  This could even be as a mentor in the Fellowship or NextGen programs.
