[Alac-sc-outreach] [ALAC] Fwd: [ICANN60_Onboarding] Call for ICANN61 Nominations

NARALO needs to know the process as to how people get nominated to this
program and once they are nominated, who and how in ALAC  selects its
nominees and then who and how in the Onboarding Staff selects the final
slate of mentors/mentees.
