I use Google Calendar and have it set to automatically display the At-Large calendar.

So as long as the A-L calendar is updated when the e-mail invite goes out, there is nothing else to do.

An At-large calendar already exists with most events/meetings under the aegis of the ALAC. The calendar is shareable and AFAIK, it can be imported into your favourite calendar app. Would this resolve the issue?

Can our meetings be delivered as invitations so that they can be automatically be transferred to our calendars and reminders given.
These meetings as emails are getting lost in my inbox, and I know others too will forget if it isn't in their calendars.
