This is an excellent idea.
We may need to tinker on how its managed for sustainability, will it be
managed by O&A or factored into ICANN support.
I am sure the domain will be on .org, however, why can't we integrate this
into the "https://atlarge.icann.org/" already existing and just ask for a
page for the blog to be linked, especially if its going to be distinct.
