[Alac-sc-outreach] Report IETF 108 meeting

Thanks so much for the report and attending the IETF 108 meeting.

I think the debate on finding a solution regarding encrypted DNS servers
for DoH can also be one of the focus areas for outreach and engagement to
the community.
