[Alac-sc-outreach] Regarding successful completion of ICANN outreach and awareness program in Bangladesh Youth IGF 2022

This time apsig 2022 in Singapore, we kept a session on DNS and Human
rights. 30+ fellows from Asia and Pacific will attend this session.

Further Fellows will share this session knowledge to their respective
countries and community.
