My personal feeling is I cringe when seeing CROP, by its very
definition being for "Outreach", being used to travel to an ICANN
meeting, which really is inside the ivory tower, thus engagement
rather than outreach. But RALOs are of course free to do as they
wish.<br>

Thanks Beran.
So that's going to be two people being selected for the Onboarding Program
thus 1 mentor & 1 mentee. I am copying the RALO Secretariats & the Outreach
& Engagement working group as we need to discuss what our selection process
is going to be for this. Of course, 1 or 2 mentors and 5 mentees, one for
region, would be a lot better for us; however budgets are not high enough to
sustain this.
