<div>The purpose of CROP hasn’t changed from previous years. However regarding the discretionary outreach funds as part of the Additional Budget Request process I would advise liaising directly with Heidi and internally within At-Large since we are not responsible
for developing the criteria for the use of the discretionary funds. </div>

<div>For specific questions about upcoming potential CROP trips we need to await final confirmation on the guidelines which will allow us to answer specific items. It will continue to work with similar steps entailing liaising with GSE VPs from each region
as per current procedures. We should know more soon and will ensure communicating final guidelines asap.</div>

<div>I mentioned the out of region item since it was brought up on several occasions recently by At-large with concerns about ICANN meetings not occurring in all regions within one fiscal year; so I wanted to reassure you all that staff is taking this into
