Hi everyone

A few items that I would like to get your input on before I send them on to
the ALAC for their endorsement.

1. I need *volunteers* to help me plan the *ALAC working sessions for
ICANN 64*. Id like a meeting soon, so please let me and Gisella know asap,
if you're interested.

2. The *AASC* will be meeting on *Thursday 6 Dec @ 17.30utc* to look at the
working groups for ATLASIII. We have had several applicants: 28 for the
delegates WG and 23 for the programme WG. More information will go to the
AASC members soon.

3. *Capacity Building Programme*. The next O&E WG meeting will include some
discussion about At-Large Capacity Building 2019; how we might work in with
the GAC CB programme; and any Additional Budget Requests that RALOs may
have for their capacity building for 2019. It would be good if we could get
any ABRs from RALOs to the At-Large FBSC by Dec 31.I

4. *Appointees.*
* Due to my work overload I have had to give something up, and Justine has
kindly accepted to be the *APRALO liaison for the WT5*. This is not an
official position but is simply notification.
* *Stephanie Perrin* and I had a chat in Barcelona about having liaisons
for the ALAC and NCSG. I have appointed the Policy VC John Laprise to
take up this role and we will be working with the NCSG team to look at some
sort of project that we can work on together. John has also been invited to
their monthly Policy Meetings. I would like to get ALAC endorsement of this
liaison role (small "l" as there is no funding associated with this role).
* The ALAC needs to confirm the appointment of our *ATRT3 members* - Alan,
Cheryl, Daniel and Vanda if they allow a 4th person onto the WG.

Be great to hear from you if you have any issues with any of these items.

Maureen.
