[ALT-Plus] FIKA with Goran

Thank you for that idea Leon. My Cook Islands colleague Pua Hunter who was
the lead of the GAC's underserved regions committee and I often talk about
ways in which At-Large and the GAC could work together on this type of
activity. But it has to have high level ICANN support in order to get any
real traction. And of course it is the intent of the new collaboration
between the GAC and At-Large.
