[ALT-Plus] [ALAC-Members] RSVP - Revised 2019 ALAC Monthly Call schedule

Within me I said to myself, I will attempt that 2am at least once but there
will indeed be likelihood of more attempts if it's 5am, so I am fine with
Tijani's suggestion if possible, but ofcourse I think this should be a
decision for the non Europe/Africa ;-)
