[At-review] Additional dates (Doodle) + Travel Arrangements

Dear Review Team Members,

Please note that additional dates have been added to the Pre-Brussels Meeting Doodle poll - http://www.doodle.com/9r25uu5i6n67b3gh - as requested by a Member of the RT.

As Marco previously announced (April 13th), Mrs. Karen Lettner has kindly offered to assist you in your travel arrangements for the F2F meeting scheduled for May 5-6 (Marina del Rey). For Members who wish to make their own hotel reservations, we would like to inform you that ICANN has corporate rates for reservations at the Marina del Rey Hotel (http://www.marinadelreyhotel.com/) where the meeting is to take place. The procedure to book a room at the ICANN preferred rate at The Marina del Rey Hotel is as follows:



When you call the front desk, please inform the receptionist that you would like to book a reservation at the ICANN corporate rate.  You will be asked for your credit card number at the time of booking. Please note that if you decide not to come and do not cancel your reservation, the first night's stay will be charged to your card.  The standard room price is $109 per night plus tax (approximately 14% tax) and a "view room" is $119 per night plus taxes and fees.

Should you choose this option, please forward your travel itineraries to Karen Lettner as the hotel sometimes checks this information with her. This way, Mrs. Lettner will be able to vouch for you and have the exact dates at hand.
