Dear Review Team Members,



Following up on my previous email, please note that the current Doodle poll results indicate that 11.00 AM UTC would be the most convenient time for the forthcoming conference call - Monday, 26 April 2010.



However, a couple of Members have not provided us with their availabilities yet. As a result, we shall wait until Thursday, 22 April (end of business day) to confirm the time.



In anticipation of the call:



*         Should you wish to be dialed-out for this call, please inform me of your decision by Thursday, 22 April at the very latest so that I may arrange for call settings accordingly. Two phone numbers will be needed for contact.



*         Please note that an Adobe Connect Room has been created following the RT's request. Should you have material/documents you would like to share with the Team during the call, please forward them to me so that I may enclose them in the Adobe room. Thank you.



*         Call details and address of the Adobe room will be circulated once the time of the meeting is confirmed.
