Dear RT Members,
In anticipation of your upcoming call, please be informed that the poll organized for the scheduling of the second f2f meeting of the RT (in Brussels, before next ICANN meeting) gave these results:

*         Most preferred options for one half-day meeting: Friday 18 June (either morning or afternoon, unanimity) or Saturday morning

*         Most preferred option for one full day meeting: Friday 18 June (unanimity)

*         Most preferred option for one full day and a half meeting: Friday 18 June (morning + afternoon) + Saturday 19 June morning
