Brian et.al  Couple of things regarding Chris's edits  =>
1. I agree   to change 'include' to 'are' in all the places he has proposed
that happens in his red line;

and

2. to his note re point 2. under Case Studies  It is VERY important that the
text can not be interpreted to indicate a review of the decision but rather
the use of this example (where as we noted the same  matter has been
subjected to all the available decision review mechanisms) that it is used
to review those Mechanisms in terms of A&T  so *must*  in my view
be word-smithed to make that clear.
