[AT-Review] McCarthy on release of ICANN Board Materials

Thanks Warren. This is very relevant to the work of sub-team 1 and probably 
other teams also.



I think it would help us enormously to reach meaningful conclusions on how 
the Board’s decisions could be more transparent and accountable if we could 
see what has been redacted in this case and seek an explanation as to why. 
Obviously this would be on an entirely confidential basis to the ATRT and 
treated in a similar way to the private meeting with ICANN staff etc.



What do others think?
