[AT-Review] ATRT schedule

I understand that we have little time to deliver our final report, but
I would like to support Warren´s request as well. We ended up having a
28-day comment period as, in addition to the usual activities leading
to a Public Meeting, many of the interested parties have started their
trip down to Colombia on Thursday/early Friday.
