[AT-Review] Final Recommendations of the ATRT

Dear Brian
I acknowledge receipt of the ATRT recommendations, which have been passed to the Board.

On behalf of the Board, please accept and convey to the members of the ATRT my thanks and congratulations on completing their assignment, and providing their recommendations within the time required.

Given the tight timetable, and the logistical challenges, this is an impressive effort.

This is an important step in supporting the self-regulatory nature of ICANN, and strengthens in its own right the accountability and transparency of ICANN.
I am sure the recommendations will also greatly assist that.
