Dear Rod, Peter, Heather, Brian and all Board members,

 

I hope this finds you all well. You will recall, and as a matter of public
record,  I had first raised part of this subject on the afternoon of the
Public Forum during the ICANN Brussels meeting June 24, 2010. Peter, as
chairman, requested I send a written statement on this matter which I
agreed.  And as per my subsequent conversation with Rod after the conclusion
of the Brussels board meeting I feel the gravity of this matter requires it
being addressed to you all directly. 

 

Please find attached my full statement on this matter. You may proceed to
post it on the ICANN website, in the interest of transparency, as it
significantly supplements my Public Forum statement.
