[AT-Review] ATRT Brussels meetings calendar

Well at least having the ATRT meetings marked as CLOSED in the Brussels
Schedule, http://brussels38.icann.org/full-schedule provided amusement for
the community at-large today=> of course it made the ATRT look rather  well
shall we say "an interesting as a concept" in my view but the FIX is what is
needed ASAP=>  so THANKS  Doug (BTW  these
errors, over-sites and omissions are a huge part of why we need the ATRT in
the first place in my totally biased view => *Huge Sigh*
