[AT-Review] 答复: edits on methodolgy document

Dear RT members，

 

Representing Mr.Zhang Xinsheng, I would like to propose the following edits
to the TORM.

 

1. To comply with the publicized RFP, it is suggested that “management
review” in the TORM also be adjusted to “External Support for Review
Process”.

 

2. It makes sense to give a general explanation of the purpose for External
Support for Review Process. But we encourage you to think of moving those
specific questions to an Annex. To keep them as an Annex, the consultant
could have a clear target to assist the RT. Moreover, two more questions had
been supplemented to the questions pool. And those questions are reordered
by several categories, namely process, structure and model, public interest,
conflict and tensions, benchmark and indicators.
