[AT-Review] Doodle poll - September meeting - Asia

Attached is a Doodle poll for our September meeting.  The earlier poll did
not generate two back-to-backdates where the entire team could meet.  This
poll covers the dates of September 8 - 12.  Please indicate which dates are
available for you so we can fix the dates of this meeting.  Note that the
IGF begins on September 14.

 

These proposed dates leave 5 weeks before our next face-to-face in Cairo
which is a reasonable gap of time.

 

Mr. Zhang, if these new proposed dates create difficulties in your possible
hosting arrangements I apologize.  The presence of the entire team at our
face-to-face meetings is a priority given our relatively short time frame
for concluding our work.  While we await word from you about hosting,  Peter
can you reconfirm the possibility of Wellington (or other site in New
Zealand) for possible hosting if need be.
