[AT-Review] revised questions for GAC

Dear all ..
 
Is it ok also to share this referenced version of questons with the GAC ?
I think it's important ti share the prepared questions with the relevant groups beforehand to ensure a fruitful discussion ..
I have noticed that the questions to the GAC & GAC-Board JWG are both in the form of letters that have to be signed, Brian how would you like to proceed ?
