Dear Colleagues ..
 
On behalf of Brian, allow me to share with you the results of the doodle set for our next conference call ..
The doodle shows that there is no slot where all members would be able to make it .. unfortunately we'll have to proceed with the call for the sake of time .. 
Our next conference call, based on maximum availability of members, will be on Friday Jun 11th, 2010 at 3:00 am UTC .. 
Suggested agenda will be sent out to the list shortly ..
 
Alice, can you please arrange accordingly for a conference bridge and Adobe connect room and send out the details to the RT members ..
