Sincere apologies Cheryl and everyone else ..

Can we just change the dates to 12th-13th Oct. instead .. 

I have just received a request for this change and those dates were also
agreed upon by everyone ..

I hope this email reaches you on time and suggest, since some of us are
still on a weekend, that if we don't hear any objections by Mon. end of
business day (all time zones J) then 12th-13th Oct. are the dates ..
