[AT-Review] Brussels Meeting Schedule

Dear Review Team Members,

We have just received final confirmations from meeting staff and are now able to provide you with an updated document of the Brussels schedule. Our apologies for the delay in delivering this final version but as you know, we had to go through a complex logistical and organizational process.

Please know that the sessions with registries and registrars will be held as announced by Becky and recording, Adobe room and transcript will be provided in line with your expectancies.

In order to have a proper venue with recording/streaming and Adobe settings, the meeting with the Ombudsman had to be moved to 9.30 AM-10.30 AM instead of the initial 11.00AM-12.00PM. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you do not have any major objection. Please know that Frank Fowlie has provided us with his green light.

Also, we have added a column to the table which sums up the tools we requested for your meeting as well as the information we need from you as to enhance remote participation.
