Maybe my position is particular :) but peruvians need visa for different countries and is fine for me all the possibilities but i would like to know the place with some time to request my visa :)

Maybe we can put a deadline to define the place.

	As you know, I am in Hong Kong where I have met a number of people in government and business.     In particular, I have had a chat with the chairman of the Hong Kong Internet Society, Charles Mok, who volunteered to help us organize the meeting in Hong Kong, should we be looking for a suitable venue.
	 
	Hong Kong is a very easy to reach hub and it is certainly Asia.
	 
	So if Beijing, my first choice, was not possible, Hong Kong would be a very credible alternative.
