[AT-Review] Suggested dates for ATRT conference calls ..

Dear All ..
 
I'm attaching a clean version of the calendar of our conf calls .. 
As agreed during our last call silence is agreement :) ..
So if we hear no further comments on the dates by Mon. end of business day, all time zones :), then calendar will be adopted ..
Additionally there are 2 options for rotation of times of the calls, if members have no preference we'll just pick one ..

The call on 4th Oct. happens to collide with the National Day holidays in China which will be 1st to 7th Oct. 

 

On behalf of Mr.Zhang, We would suggest that call be organized like on 29th September.

Dear All .

 

Having been alerted that the simple mentioning of Mon. might correspond to different days in different parts of the world J !!

(Early Mon. UTC would be late Sun. in some parts of the world while late Mon. UTC would be early Tues. in other parts of the world) ..

 

I'm attaching an updated version of the file that also shows the times of the calls shifted through the 24 hrs of Mon. UTC time ..

Please let me know whether one of the proposed options is what was meant by the suggested time shifting agreed among RT members ..

I have changed this, in the attached file, to Tues. July 6th, would this be suitable ?

 

May I suggest that colleagues who point out any problematic dates, suggest an alternative or just confirm that the following Tues. is a suitable replacement ..

Thank you for putting this together, Manal!

Holding a call on July 5th will be tough for the Americans since that is the day we are observing Independence Day this year.  (Fourth of July falls on Sunday, so Monday is a national holiday.)

Dear Colleagues ..



Just thought it might be useful to work out a whole calendar of conference call dates in line with what was agreed during our last conference call where members agreed to fixing every other Monday for our regular calls ..

Attached is a calendar of Mondays suggested for our calls .. The reason behind skipped Mondays is mentioned .. If members agree to the attached dates, i.e. confirm that, in principle, they do not coincide with other scheduled events that members are committed to attend:

-         we can then work on setting the time of each call (shifting each call by 6 hours)

-          As possible members should avoid committing to future activities that would conflict with those specific slots

-          Since there is nothing 100% guaranteed, we can then try to sort out any conflicts reported by  individual members as need arises
